The PZ-8395 is used in etching, PECVD, metal CVD, ALD and other applications. It provides excellent heat resistance and low precipitated gas and metal ion content, while providing a wide range of chemical resistance in a variety of media.
The PZ-8395 maintains excellent mechanical strength at high temperatures with a recommended maximum service temperature of 335°C (635°F).
